I'm Sarah, a UX researcher + designer trying to make the world a better place.
I grew up in the RGV (McAllen, TX), but have since traveled all over the country, meeting new people and collecting new experiences. In the past six years, I've lived in San Jose, CA, Columbus, OH, Austin, TX, and Tulsa, OK. I'm currently exploring Portland, OR with my extremely talented husband, Jake, and our two meddlesome cats, Abu and Chai.
But who am I? Well, according to the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator, I'm an INFJ, also referred to as "The Advocate." I feel particularly aligned with the following description of INFJs:
INFJs tend to see helping others as their purpose in life, but while people with this personality type can be found engaging rescue efforts and doing charity work, their real passion is to get to the heart of the issue so that people need not be rescued at all.
